Fried Goat Cheese Balls
These keto-friendly deep fried goat cheese balls are so flavorful and creamy! Serve them along side your favorite dressing!
What Do I Need To Make fried Goat Cheese Balls?
You will need:
4 oz soft herb goat cheese
salt & pepper & garlic powder
avocado oil/lard/tallow for frying
1 egg beaten with a splash of water for egg wash
almond flour- (we used this brand: Nature’s Eats)
crushed pork rinds (we used these 4505 crumbles)

Fried Goat Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese with herbs or plain
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
- oil for frying
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Keep your goat cheese in the freezer to harden it before you start cooking
- Cut into 6 portions
- Gently roll the cheese by hand into a ball
- Dredge in almond flour, egg and into pork rinds (remember to add some salt, pepper, and garlic to each of your dredging stations!)
- Set on a plate and put in the freezer to harden for at least an hour
- Add 2 inches of oil to a pot
- Gently drop the balls straight from the freezer into the hot oil.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
- Drain on paper towels
