Cabbage Pot Stickers
When I think about Chinese takeout, I think about pot-stickers. A doughy outer layer with an aromatic filling and a soy sauce base dipping sauce. Yum! Of course, traditional pot stickers are not keto-friendly…but these are! Trust me when I say that the spiced ground pork filling and a caramelized cabbage outer-layer are so good that you won’t miss the carb filled traditional dough!
The technique with rolling might take a couple tries, but just remember to roll and tuck while you assemble and you should get the hang of it in no time! The larger the cabbage leaves are the easier it will be to roll up your keto pot stickers. If you can find napa cabbage it works great too!
